CHUCK WILLIAMS, President (P.E. / S.E.)
Chuck has been in the field of engineering for more than 50 years. He has been involved in code enforcement as a plan review engineer since 1973. He was formerly employed at ICBO, a position that provided him with valuable experience and interaction with the building industry in the Pacific Northwest. CWA Consultants seeks to continue that trusted partnership with industry professionals in the region.

RICHARD WILLIAMS, Vice President
Richard has been involved in the building industry for the past 18 years, first as a general contractor and more recently as a ICC certified plans examiner. His affiliation with CWA Consultants has provided the opportunity to work with a variety of complex plan review projects throughout the region.
